Significant increase in premium
"I've been a customer for 7 years. I've been a practitioner in good standing with no problems at all. I received correspondence that my premium increased but when I went to pay the premium the increase was even more than I was initially told. What is going on? What kind of operations are going on with HPSO that this practice is acceptable. I've had not explanation for the significant increase. This looks like price gouging to me. "
