"Frustrated with HPSO- when I purchased a policy last yr, I specifically emailed asking if there’s a discount for APTA. I was told there wasn’t. Before renewing this yr, I checked online to see if I could shop a different rate- low and behold- online asked about my APTA membership and offered a discount. I called in to get the same price that had been quoted and kept going back and forth with a new agent for upwards of approximately 30-40 mins. Something so simple that should have only taken 5 mins was so exaggerated and drawn out because the agent didn’t know what he was doing. I was also so disappointed to know that despite asking about a membership discount last year, I was told that there wasn’t, when there clearly is!"
