At five days, I followed up and was told that it might be a few more days, but the policy was cancelled and a credit would be forthcoming. I asked her to put this in an email, and she complied. The only problem was that the email was a form letter and stated that if due for a refund, a check will be sent within three weeks. If they are unable to handle a simple task like this, I shudder to think how they handle claims.
