"Tried to make payment all week, aondigital website was just spinning and not allowing me to add a card. Called in multiple times but lunch break was not ling enough to get a human. Highlight of my calls was calling in at 20 minutes before close and just sitting on hold for over an hour, as I the recorded message said someone would be on the line soon. "
