"Required me to purchase the renewal with out being able to see the policy or ensure that it was MY policy before paying the $144.00. YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE SET UP of this renewal process. Wo asks to purchase something before you see the item you are purchasing?? That is terrible!! I have used your service for years and this was the worst renewal process ever. . The phone system was awful too. I may have to change my servicer for next year. "

"I have tried several times to access my policy that I already paid for and am unable to access it. I have reached out to support, only to receive an automated response but no actual helpful contact. I have requested a fax more than 5 times, to no avail. I have also requested to receive my policy via email, or at least to access it online and have been unable to do so. "
