"I really appreciate the email reminder a month before my policy expiration. I am terrible at recording due dates, so this is a tremendous help. As for my overall experience, the customer service is excellent. When I went from student to pre-professional, bridging the insurance gap was super easy thanks to the representative that knew exactly what needed to be done. "
