"I was extremely pleased to have a quick online quote as well as responsive reps by phone and email. I had contacted 2 other insurers previously who strung me along for many weeks and then ghosted me. The only small issue I had was not getting a response to my fee for installments question via 2-3 emails and one response providing a broken link to a sample policy. Otherwise, I'm extremely satisfied with HPSO's quote and quick response time."

"I was with another rx insurance that I purchased last year. I got a letter today 12/16/24 stating my insurance had expired on 12/8/24! They did NOT send a letter stating my bill was due or E mailed me my bill was due. I tried to pay immediately on line and wasn'y allowed until I called them to be reinstated (it is now after hours)... Since they didn,t contact me at all by letter, Email or text and they didn't notify me until it was expired showed me that they were unprofessional to say the least! so I looked up you all and was able to do this immediately on line !! Thank You!!"
