Megan quoted me additional counseling student coverage and it was easy and added no cost or any extra work for me to add it. She was knowledgable and kind and I enjoyed my time talking to her. "

"The Get a Quote button forces you to switch. I went in to renew my policy and thought I'd check out the pricing of full time coverage and then it locked me in and would not all me to revert back to my current policy. This is misleading and time consuming as I had to then log back out, log back in a few times to see if this would reset before then having to call in and wait to speak with a live person. This is not customer friendly."

"Trouble opening the "forms" to which I was required to agree, in order to process the application. I was not able to scroll past the initial visibility on my screen for the Compensation and Disclosure statement, which means I was not able to read everything I checked the box to agree. Additionally, I am lucky to be working on a tablet which allowed for the screen to shift 90 degrees, in order to access all of the payment type entry box. Essentially, the platform has some glitching. I will be requesting a full copy of the Compensation and Disclosure statement as it is uncomfortable, to say the least, in ignorance of the entirety of what I agreed to."
