"It’s not difficult to navigate"

"I kept being redirected due to having existing policies, although those policies are with ACA and not as individual. This was not a user friendly experience and HPSO's systems need to be upgraded to clearly reflect, especially for recent graduates, without misinforming them that they have an existing policy when they actually do not. The agents were helpful but are not well-trained in how existing and non-existing policies work. Better training and upgraded systems are recommended."
