"I received multiple messages that my policy would be due. I contacted HPSO and received written confirmation that my policy would be automatically renewed and paid. That didn't happen. Your system put me at risk for a week. I am very unhappy with your organization. This is the email I received that all would be automatically renewed. From: Aug 26, 2025, 12:07 PM You may safely disregard these emails if you maintain an updated and active card on file to ensure your payments always go through. Upon review of your account, we can confirm you are enrolled in our autopay feature and your card on file is a Visa ending in 1460. This means that money is set to be withdrawn and your policy is set to automatically renew annually at your policy effective date or a few days beforehand. This is a very bad failure of your system Cinda"
