"The process for renewing my professional liability policy was a bit of a hassle. When I initially went to the HPSO webpage and logged in, I was taken to the HPSO "wallet." From there I was able to see my current policy and current payment method on file. However, there was no links to proceed with updating and paying for my policy renewal. I had to go back to the HPSO main page and navigate to the "renewal" section, which I would have thought would be in the initial login portal. "
