"Do not want automatic renewal"

"I had issue with my previous policy as I did not realize that I was on an automatic renewal/payment. I never received any email notification that my policy had been renewed (on April 3 2025) . As a consequence, I paid for coverage for 4 months while I was not working. I thought I could get refund for that period of time. The representative suggested that I canceled my current policy (Policy No.: ***-***-****) and apply for a new one starting now. Which I did and this is why I am doing this current process of new application. However, this did not solve my issue that I paid from April 2024 to July 2025 while I did not even work. "

"The experience was fine except that I needed to renew earlier than today. I am writing PT contracts and I had a Bid that was Due on July 8. I have not heard back from them however they wanted the new certificate to reflect the entirety of the contract through Sept 2026. I called and spoke to a manager with HPSO who was very nice however she was not able to help me renew early. This is definitely something that I think you should remedy for the future. "
