I went in to renew my policy and thought I'd check out the pricing of full time coverage and then it locked me in and would not all me to revert back to my current policy. This is misleading and time consuming as I had to then log back out, log back in a few times to see if this would reset before then having to call in and wait to speak with a live person. This is not customer friendly."
