"same as before easy and efficient"

"Celeste helped me when I called the 800 number to renew my HPSO insurance. It had been several years since my last policy, so I had to create a new policy. I was transferred to Celeste, and she asked very important questions and was able to give me information for my particular professional work environment. I hung up, went online to fill out the application. I had another question within minutes and redialed the 800 # and was transferred to Celeste again! This was great - she knew exactly what I was calling about without me having to explain my whole situation again. Then she stayed on the phone line until I finished my online application because I was afraid I might have more questions. Finished my application within minutes with Celeste by my side! Thank you for making this so easy and for making me confident that HPSO was the insurance that would cover me for exactly what I needed coverage for :)"
