"When I first signed up with them, the process was smooth. However, with the renewal process, they are the worst. I feel that their focus in on getting new clients instead of trying focus on retaining their clients. I have made multiple calls and have been getting transferred around numerous times in order to get to the right person. Even then, I did not get my issue issue resolved. I have left messages for my agent but he has not return my calls. All I wanted was to increase my coverage for my general business liability insurance. I have decided to search for another insurance company who will value their clients. "
