so frustrated!
"Easy to sign up, easy to pay every year for my annual premium...need help? Yeah, that will never happen. I am currently awaiting response to five emails and two voicemails left over a two week period and all I have received is a single email stating they had received my request and would be in touch...a week ago. If this is how it works when I need something from them, I think I'm paying my premium to the wrong company. Their website is down a lot as well."
