"I've had an HPSO account so I was surprised it did not let me log on. Or let me know I couldn't with an expired policy. Instead, it told me my password/username combo was incorrect. I reset 2 times and spent 20 min on the phone to find out I should just start over as a new client instead of logging in as an old client. More info/prompts would be helpful."
