So quick, I could have done this in the time it took to use the bed side commode (;

"In the part where you have to indicate past malpractice judgements or cases, it seems to default to yes. I do not have or ever have had, any such issues. I'm not clear if my correct response was checked or not. I'm hoping it recorded the correct thing but I'm not sure as there wasn't a summary of that part so no opportunity to correct it if it was wrong."
