"Upon submitting my application, I was told I'd receive my policy within 1 business day. I waited 2 days before writing an email. After 24 hours, I had gotten no response. I called and the CSR was very nice. She said she would put a rush on the order and I received my policy within 24 hours. I appreciate her intervention. If it was going to be more than 1 business day, that would have been fine with me. I was frustrated because that's not what was conveyed."

"Super easy application to fill out. Already gave a review to the man I spoke to but he was clear and didn't confuse me with things I don't understand because I **** at adulting. All I want is for my license and certificate to be protected and I'm so thankful I didn't receive a headache trying to get it. I will gladly share this experience. Maybe other adulting-type companies will catch on that we don't learn actual real world problems in any school unless you go to college for it or learn on the job so here's my contribution to learning!
