This is the second time I had to register
"I registered, could log in to my account, but my account had no policy number. After calling customer service they had no explanation why I could log in, as they saw no record of my account. They told me to register again. Hopefully it works."

Very Disappointed
"I am very upset with how the website was running for me. I clicked "continue" after putting in my personal information, and on multiple occasions, a error popped up that said "Business Fatal Error". I don't know what was so fatal about the information I provided, but I feel very disrespected because of it. "
