"I had purchased an insurance for professional counselor not realizing my student insurance was still active. I called to find out the delay about the process and found out I had to change the status which was fine and the people on the phone were helpful. HOWEVER, I was told the price I had to pay for changing the status of student to professional was 60% off but it was the exact price that I had paid for when I purchased the professional one the first time around. So how is it that’s the discounted price is the same as the original that I had mistakenly paid for? It’s clear that’s it’s just a marketing scam, because if the 60% deal was accurate I should’ve paid 60% less than the original plan. "
