Horrible Service
"I tried to sogn up for liability insurance. My payment went through, however the receipt and proof of insurance would not load. The screen said my documents would be emailed to me and they never were. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service."

"I have been trying to switch my policy since the beginning of August and was finally able to get it two months later. I had to keep following up and was passed off to others and no one was able to help me. Very disappointed. "
