"I have been with HPSO for over a decade with no issues because I didnt need them to do anything besides make sure I had the coverage I needed. However, I needed them to send me a certificate of insurance as additionally insured to be able to start my new job. I called…all robots. I emailed…got a robot response. Waited 3 days, emailed again…no response. Waited, emailed again this time threatening to go with another provider….no response. Finally it hit me that a human might answer the sales line and what do you know? They did. And they couldn’t help, they transferred me, then they didnt know, transferred me again, then they didnt know, now I am STILL on hold for a simple piece of paper that would have been sent weeks ago from any other place. All I can say is I am cancelling my policy after this experience…I dont want to be in a situation where I actually need more than a simple peace of paper!!!"
