"I don't know how HPSO has gotten good reviews. They are difficult to contact, difficult to talk to, and take several days to make changes to anything. I have had two instances now where they have taken several days to respond to me about changes I needed to make to my policy, when I am told by other providers that they can get these changes done within a day. Both of these changes delayed when I could start receiving income. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who actually needs help from their insurance company. Had I not paid for the full year (due to the positive reviews I saw), I would cancel and go elsewhere for my insurance. But at this point as a new business owner, I don't have the revenue to look elsewhere while still paying HPSO to do a horrible job. "
