"I remember when the application process was all paper and pencil and you mailed in your application. This was a much better experience. There were a few minor computer glitches while entering some information but overall very easy process."

"Easy to navigate and get quotes and get questions answered when you apply. Also, great rates and great products to explore Then You pay. And submit application and never hear from anyone again and get no policy. Multiple calls later and no true resolution. Finally after not finding my name, giving me new quotes and transferring me, I was told there were computer errors from the week before. Odd no one else knew that information and no communication around that. Great products, kind representatives. poor execution and seem disorganized. "

"When I applied 9-7-2-22, your computer did not process my information through google chrome and I was advised to fax an application in and I did so. Nobody disclosed to me that the application by fax could take up to 10 business days and I was expecting to have my policy today and just found out about the 10day expectation for processing/ receiving my policy. Today, your computer system accepted my application through Google Chrome and I am requesting that it be processed as quickly as possible as you have gotten me behind with not accepting my application due to the failure of your capability to process through Google Chrome."
