I’d love to buy a policy but,..
"I couldnt get to the screen where I entered the payment. Called customer service, talked to David & got disconnected during the call. Tried from other devices and called customer service again. Spoke to Latoya, whose only solution was to email me a form, which “could take several days to process “ this was so frustrating "
