Confused maybe?
"I was a little confused at first, since generall I go to a website, log into my account and pay. It's a place where I can review my policy and have time to think about it. What I used today made me feel rushed. Switching to a different site (aondigital.com) initially was concerning in these days of identity theft. It's different when your primary site redirects, rather than being linked directly to a new site. Sometimes things that seem "improved" to a group of people sitting around focusing on that, may not be as user-friendly for the layperson you are providing the service to. That said, I am confident with your company and the coverage I receive. Thank you."
