Autopayment not set up despite the letter I received saying I was?
"I received a letter notifying me that I was set up for autopayment and that I didn't need to do anything if that was my intent. I realized that I needed to update my account information with a new credit card. When I logged into the new webpage, it told me I was not set up for autopayment. I ended up making a one time payment with the updated credit card."
