Continous error messages
"I had to reload, close and returning to the main page many many many times. A process that should not take long to complete with the amount of questions asked, I spent over 30 minutes. The only process of purchasing insurance that went smoothly is when I put my credit card information. Every other part of the process had to either start from the beginning or reload. "
