Confusing interface but it got the job done!
"I came on the site to change my student coverage to professional coverage, since I just got my LPC-A license (Texas). I wasn't sure how to go about that process of both renewing and upgrading my policy. The interface was pretty confusing for trying to do that. Eventually I figured it out though, so all's well. I would just recommend more specific menu options to help people find their way around the website better."
