Where is the respect and courtesy
"I have been with you for years and I was set on auto payment and my card was hacked so the number you had on record was compromised and cancelled and I didn’t even get a courtesy phone call to updated my information and now you charge me another $153 I will search for a new company soon "

"was easy and fast this time. But first time I put in my zip code and they said that was not the zip on file so I could not go forward. I did submit a requests to get help, but had to wait several days/weeks before they resolved it. Now appears to be good."
