"I keep trying to reset my password, but none of the emails to reset my password are coming through. Yes, I triple-checked my Spam and Trash folders and all my Inbox folders, and no, the emails are not coming through. Also when I renewed anyway, (thank you for not making me log in to renew) I did not get a confirmation email that I had renewed. I don't know if your website is down, or what, or perhaps it's my email carrier's problem, but this is frustrating."
