"Why can’t I just log in to my account and see my policy laid out and then renew it? It used to be user friendly and I could see everything about my policy before agreeing to pay. The person who helped me was obviously exasperated by my confusion and questions. I did not feel comfortable continuing to clarify. "

"I recieve a bill for $209 but when I went to pay the bill it was increased to $217 for administration fees. I did not appreciate the increase without notice. Also when I went to call your company was sent in circles before I finally got a person and she could not help me to pay the bill. Frustrating."
