You'll need to register and set up a username and password
My Account, the online self-service tool gives you, our HPSO customer access to your policy information. You can use to perform the following transactions on your policy:
- View your policy details
- Make a payment
- Request proof of insurance
- Change your address, telephone number(s) or email address
- Report an incident
- Change your username/password for My Account
- Update your employer name, your practice setting or your practice specialty Change your e-billing preference (Individual practitioners only).
If you are a Business Owner or administrator of a school policy, you can also update your renewal information using My Account.
My Account uses the latest security measures to ensure your data is secure and your privacy is protected.
