Description of Benefits 
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage Covers you against allegations of medical malpractice.

Personal Injury Protection Safeguards you against covered claims based upon allegations of privacy violation, slander, libel, assault and battery, and other alleged personal injuries arising through the performance of your professional services.
Cosmetic Procedures Coverage Endorsement Professional liability coverage for non-surgical cosmetic procedures, except those specifically excluded in the policy.  Damage to Property of Others Pays for damage caused accidentally by you to property of others at your workplace. 
Legal Expense Benefit Legal fees will be paid for covered claims, in addition to your liability limits – win or lose. Assault Coverage Covers your medical expenses or reimburses you for damage to your property if you are assaulted at work or while commuting to and from your workplace. (Assault coverage not available in Texas.)
License Protection Coverage Reimburses you for your defense of disciplinary charges and other covered expenses arising out of a covered license protection incident. First Aid Benefit Reimburses you for expenses you incur in rendering first aid to others.
Defendant Expense Benefit Reimburses you for lost wages and covered expenses incurred when you attend a required trial, hearing or proceeding as a defendant in a covered claim. Medical Payments Pays for reimbursement of medical expenses to others injured at your business premises.​
Deposition Representation Pays for attorney fees as a result of your required appearance at a deposition that arises out of a claim for professional services.
