You never imagined it could happen to you. But things happen when you least expect them. If you were to become totally disabled due to injury or sickness and unable to work, your income would be missed. The bills continue, even though the paycheck does not - mortgage and car payments, loans, and even groceries. HPSO has developed the Long Term Disability Insurance plan to help protect your income.

Summary of Coverage

  • Choice of monthly benefit amounts from $500, $1,000, $1,500, and $2,000
  • Benefits can be collected for up to two years
  • Choice of 30, 60, or 90-day waiting period

Keep in mind when making your choice that your monthly benefit amount cannot exceed 60% of your basic monthly pay.
