Welcome to My Account, the online self-service tool that HPSO customers can use to perform the following transactions on their policy:

  • Change your address
  • Make a payment
  • Request a certificate of insurance or schedule page
  • Confirm your coverage

My Account uses the latest security measures to ensure your data is secure and your privacy is protected.

First time using My Account? You'll need to register and set up a username and password. As a returning user, you can simply log in using the username and password you created when you registered. Please note that you'll need to create separate registrations for Professional Liability insurance information and Life and Health coverages.
