Underwritten by The HartfordWorkers' Compensation coverage is governed by your state's Workers' Compensation laws. In general, it provides:
- Medical Coverage: pays for employee work-related accidents, injuries or illnesses
- Wage Loss Benefits: pays for employee work-related accidents, injuries or illnesses
- Employers Liability: protects you from lawsuits made by your employees for work-related accidents, injuries or illnesses
