From the Tool Bar click Tools, then click Internet Options
Click the Privacy tab
Click Default Level
Click the OK to exit

In AOL:

From the AOL Toolbar, click Settings
Click Preferences
Click Internet Properties (www)
Click the Privacy tab
Click Advanced Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
Click OK to exit

In FireFox:

From the toolbar click Tools
Click the Privacy tab
In the cookies section make sure "Accept cookies from sites" is checked

In Netscape:

From the Tool Bar click Edit
Click Preferences
Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories
Click Cookies
Click the following choices:

Click OK to exit
